Customer Service Representative

Zadok Jewelers is looking for an experienced professional with previous customer service and/or retail experience to join our customer service team. We are looking for candidates that have a love for beautiful things and offering superior service.

Requirements:

  • Energetic with excellent communication skills
  • Past experience with learning a software system, point of sale experience preferred
  • Previous experience with jewelry or luxury brands is preferred but not required
  • Works well in team environment

Job Description:

  • Providing superior service while working with our customers
  • Jewelry & watch repair take-in
  • Working with sales team to ring up customer purchases
  • Helping keep the store organized and running efficiently
  • Rotate as customer host, greeting customers and introducing sales staff
  • Ensure all customers leave the store with a smile after having a positive experience

Hours:

40 hours per week over 5 days
Zadok Jewelers is open Monday – Saturday
Candidates should be available to work Saturday and Thursday evenings
Additional hours over the holiday season
